WhatsApp's Conversation Based Pricing

WhatsApp Conversation is a 24-hour messaging window initiated only when a business messages a user.

Businesses and users can exchange any number of messages, including template messages, within a 24 hour conversation session without incurring additional charges.

User Initiated Conversations(UIC)

Whenever a business replies to a user within the 24 hour customer service window, that message initiates a user-initiated conversation

Business Initiated Conversations(BIC)

A conversation that initiates from a business sending a user a message outside the 24-hour customer service window. Messages that initiate a business-initiated conversation will require a template.

Monthly Active User is counted when you have at least one message (incoming message or outgoing message) with a user in a Monthly Billing Cycle.

The count is Reset at the end of your monthly billing.

You can have any number of messages with a user in that billing cycle

You can either upgrade to the next plan manually before billing date or you will be charged ₹750 per 1000 Additional Monthly active users.

Example: Let's say you're on the 10,000 Monthly Active Users (MAU) plan. And you use 11,500 Users in a particular month. So either you can upgrade to the next plan(20,000 MAU) before the billing date or you'll be charged an Extra ₹1500 (₹750 x 2) in next month's billing invoice.

Are WhatsApp Conversations managed separately?
Yes, WhatsApp Conversation Credits are recharged and managed Separately.

Everytime you initiate a Conversation (UIC or BIC), the price of that conversation is deducted from this recharge.

This price varies according to user's country. For Indian Users, you'll be charged RM0.55/BIC & RM0.35/UIC.

A Messaging session window starts when a user sends your Whatsapp Business Number a message and lasts for 24 hours from the most recently received message.

You can intervene/respond with ANY kind of message within these 24 hours.

You can Import Unlimited Contacts to the AiSensy Dashboard. You're only charged for the users you interact with in a particular month.

10% Off | Flexible Usage

If you choose a yearly plan, you're allotted 12 x Monthly Active Users(MAU) quota for the chosen plan. Hence you can expand your usage for any month and it will be deducted from your total allotted quota.

For Example,

You start with 2000 MAU and pay yearly.

Hence now you are allotted 24000 MAU. So you can use 5000, 8000, or even 20,000 MAU in any month without paying a surcharge fee or upgrading.

Let's say you used 10,000 MAU in the first month. So now you'll have 14,000 MAU in your remaining quota for further usage.

Yeah! The remaining MAU(Monthly Active Users) will be transferred year after year if you pay yearly.

Yes! Each user is counted on a monthly billing cycle. So if you paid yearly, and user comes back after 3 month, it'll be counted as another MAU(Monthly Active User) in the current monthly cycle.

Well, When you exhaust your MAU early in an Yearly plan, you'll need to manually recharge within 15 Days to continue with the platform. You can Recharge with Monthly or Yearly plan of your choice.
